CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has received approval from both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited for the reclassification of its outgoing promoters. The reclassification pertains to M/s. Algavista Greentech Private Limited, which has been moved from the ‘Promoter and Promoter Group Category’ to the ‘Public Category’.
The approval from NSE was communicated via a letter with reference number NSE/LIST/COMP/CGPOWER/557/2025-2026, dated 18th March 2026. Similarly, BSE conveyed its approval through a letter bearing reference number LIST/COMP/KR/736/2025-26 on the same date.
This reclassification is in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. CG Power had previously submitted an application for this reclassification on 30th January 2026.
The company is required to ensure compliance with any subsequent relevant disclosures of material events related to this reclassification, as per the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
