Ceigall India Limited has announced a significant milestone in the construction of the Southern Ayodhya Bypass project. The project, which involves the construction of a 32.172 km stretch from Km. 5.000 to Km. 37.172 on the HAM basis under NHDP Phase-VII in Uttar Pradesh, has achieved 35% physical progress as of 7th May 2026.
This progress was verified by an Independent Engineer, as confirmed in a letter dated 12th May 2026. The achievement marks the successful completion of Project Milestone II under Schedule G of the Concession Agreement, and it was accomplished 92 days ahead of the scheduled date.
The Southern Ayodhya Bypass project is being executed through Ceigall Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited, a subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited. This advancement underscores the company’s commitment to timely project execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
The update follows a previous communication from the company dated 31st December 2025, and is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
