CDK, a leading name in automotive retail software, has been named one of India’s Top 100 Great Mid-size Workplaces for 2025 by Great Place to Work®. This honour reflects CDK India’s ongoing efforts to build a work culture where people feel trusted, supported, and empowered every day.

This is the first time CDK India has featured in the prestigious Top 100 list, strengthening its commitment to creating a workplace built on autonomy, clarity, and integrity.

The rankings are based on anonymous employee responses to the Trust Index™ Survey, which looks at six key areas — including innovation, values, leadership, and the ability to grow.
