Blue Dart Express has received an authorisation for inspection or search from the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Mumbai. The notice, dated 25 March 2026, pertains to actions under Rule 139(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The company disclosed this development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Blue Dart Express is currently assisting and cooperating with the authorities by providing the necessary information and clarifications.

Despite the regulatory action, Blue Dart Express has stated that it does not anticipate any material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities as a result of the inspection.
