BLS International Services has provided an update on the voluntary strike-off process of its wholly owned subsidiary, Reired BLS International Services Private Limited. The company had previously announced the closure of the subsidiary on November 11, 2025, with the process expected to be completed by March 31, 2026.

The latest update reveals that Reired BLS International Services Private Limited has submitted the necessary e-Form STK-2, along with all relevant documents, to the Registrar of Companies, Delhi (RoC) NCT of Delhi. The subsidiary is currently listed as “Under process of Striking Off” on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs‘ master data.

BLS International anticipates that the closure and voluntary strike-off of the subsidiary will be completed within three months, by June 30, 2026, pending approval from regulatory authorities.
