Women Return to Work: How DTDL’s We Rise is transforming returnship for women

Getting back to work after taking a career break is a journey hindered by self-doubt, evolving industries, and personal challenges. Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs’ We Rise initiative is helping women overcome these barriers by offering an inclusive environment and a guided pathway to restart their tech careers.

With this initiative, participants are empowered with training modules for the latest skills, mentorship and are made part of a like-minded community of women. DTDL understands the barriers faced by women restarting their careers and is committed to building a more equitable and inclusive workplace.

We Rise works in tandem with other initiatives, such as Leap Ahead, a mentoring program, and the Magenta Women Employee Resource Group, which provide additional support and development opportunities for women. This framework enables women to grow and lead in the tech industry.
