Bharti Airtel Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, reporting a significant revenue growth. The company posted consolidated quarterly revenues of ₹55,383 crore, marking a 15.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase and a 2.6% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth. This growth was driven by strong performances in both its India and Africa operations.
In India, Bharti Airtel‘s revenue for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹39,566 crore, reflecting a 7.7% YoY growth and a 0.9% QoQ increase. The company’s India mobile revenue rose by 8.3% YoY, supported by higher average revenue per user (ARPU) and an expanding customer base. The ARPU for Q4 FY26 was ₹257, up from ₹245 in the same quarter of the previous year.
The Homes business segment recorded a robust revenue growth of 37.3% YoY, with strong net customer additions of 1.135 million. Airtel Business also reported a 2.6% sequential increase in revenue, driven by sustained performance across its portfolio.
The company’s consolidated EBITDA for the quarter was ₹32,038 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 57.8%, reflecting a 16.9% YoY increase. The consolidated EBIT reached ₹18,156 crore, up 21.4% YoY, with an EBIT margin of 32.8%.
Bharti Airtel’s consolidated net income before exceptional items for Q4 FY26 was ₹7,245 crore, compared to ₹5,223 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s capex for the quarter stood at ₹16,066 crore, with investments focused on 5G densification, fiber deployment, and data centers.
The company also announced a final dividend of ₹24 per fully paid-up equity share and ₹6 per partly paid-up equity share for FY 2025-26.
