BharatForge released its Q3 results today, the company’s net profit soared by 30.7% to ₹377.8 crore, up from ₹289.1 crore during the same period last year.
Revenue also witnessed a notable rise, jumping by 16% to ₹2,263.3 crore compared to ₹1,952.1 crore year-on-year.
Moreover, the company’s EBITDA, which measures its operating profitability, increased by 24% to ₹663 crore, compared to ₹535.1 crore in the corresponding period last year. The margin, representing the proportion of revenue that translates into profit, stood at 29.3%, showing improvement from 27.4% in the previous year.
Despite the impressive performance in Q3, BharatForge expressed caution about the future outlook. The company stated that it anticipates a slowdown in growth momentum in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024 and fiscal year 2025. This projection is based on the expectation of a moderation in growth in both domestic and export markets across various industries.
