Bharat Forge has initiated a postal ballot process to seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment of Mr. and Mr. as Whole-Time Directors, designated as Executive Directors, for a further period of five years starting from 23 May 2026. The company has engaged National Securities Depository Limited () to facilitate remote e-voting, which will commence on 24 March 2026 and conclude on 22 April 2026.

The postal ballot notice, which outlines the terms and conditions of the appointments, has been sent electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company. Shareholders are encouraged to cast their votes electronically, with the voting rights proportional to their shareholding as of the cut-off date, 13 March 2026.

The company has appointed Ms. Ashwini Inamdar as the scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process. The results of the postal ballot will be announced on or before 24 April 2026 and will be communicated to the BSE and NSE, where ‘s shares are listed. The results will also be available on the company’s website and other relevant platforms.
