In a formal resignation letter addressed to the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Dilip Kumar Maloo, Shah expressed his gratitude for the opportunities and support he received during his tenure. He highlighted the valuable experience gained while leading the Internal Audit function and assured full cooperation for a smooth transition.
