Astra Microwave Products has announced a significant change in its leadership team as S. Gurunatha Reddy will step down from his position as Managing Director. The change will take effect from the close of business hours on 30th September 2026. Despite stepping down from the role of Managing Director, Reddy will continue to serve as an Executive Director within the company.
The company has clarified that there are no material reasons for Reddy’s resignation beyond those stated in his resignation letter. Reddy has expressed his commitment to overseeing the ongoing development of the company’s space and meteorology business. Following this, he plans to join Astra Space Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Director, subject to board approval.
In his resignation letter, Reddy confirmed his willingness to support a smooth transition and ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities. He has assured the board of his full cooperation during this period.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The necessary disclosures have been submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange.
