According to the textile major’s regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange, Mr. Kaul’s departure was mutually agreed upon by both the company and the executive. The two-month notice period, calculated from the January 9 resignation date, culminated in the March 9 relief date, in accordance with the company’s standard policy. All necessary dues clearance has been stipulated as a condition of the separation, as per company regulations.
