Apple has opened its online store in India. Till now they only use to take the help of third parties but they are live in the Indian peninsula now. They are also helping the Mac users to customize as per the requirment which they were not able to satisfy earlier. Apple has confirmed the news that it will be their first live retail store in India.
Customers can find apple products in six different languages including English. Apple’s newest products, including the Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 6, are also being sold through the store. The store offers Apple’s complete range of products in India, and the Apple One subscription-based services will also be offered later this year.
Apple is very positive about selling through a large network of trusted retailers and ending partnerships with the old ones. A study shows the Apple market in the premium market grew 48% from 41% and occupies 2% of the mobile market in the country.
The company can now involve and participate in the customers’ needs and demands will turn up satisfaction for the customers. Apple still far from starting any of its stores which affects its presence in the market in the coming years. The store offers Apple’s complete range of products in India, and the Apple One subscription-based services will also be offered later this year. Also, the company is offering its specialized support for Apple products both in Hindi and English.
