Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has announced that its Director and Promoter, Mr. Karan Paul, has acquired 19,340 equity shares of the company. This acquisition represents 0.00906% of the company’s paid-up equity share capital. The shares were purchased at a total value of ₹1,992,020.

Prior to this transaction, Mr. Paul held 71,322 fully paid-up equity shares, which constituted 0.03343% of the company’s shareholding. Following this acquisition, his total holding has increased to 90,662 fully paid-up equity shares, now representing 0.04249% of the company’s shareholding.

The acquisition was executed on 24th March 2026 through an on-market transaction on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
