Amber Enterprises India has announced that its subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has increased its stake in Unitronics (1989) (R”G) Ltd. to 49.66%. This acquisition was made through ILJIN Holding Ltd, IL JIN’s wholly owned subsidiary based in Israel. The additional 4.85% stake was acquired in one or more tranches, further solidifying IL JIN’s position in Unitronics.
This move follows a series of previous acquisitions, with earlier intimations made on 28th July 2025, 06th October 2025, 09th October 2025, 24th November 2025, and 31st December 2025. The details of the acquisition have been disclosed in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and relevant SEBI circulars.
The company has assured that all required disclosures have been submitted as part of previous filings, specifically as Annexure – A and Annexure – B to the intimation dated 28th July 2025.
