Amber Enterprises India has announced that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has successfully completed the first tranche acquisition of a 16.60% equity stake in MoMagic Wireless Private Limited. The acquisition was finalised on 3rd April 2026 and involved a total consideration of ₹19,99,99,981.12.
This strategic move by IL JIN, a key subsidiary of Amber Enterprises, was executed through the subscription to a fresh issue of equity shares allotted by MoMagic. The acquisition aligns with the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its footprint in the wireless technology sector.
The transaction details were disclosed in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and relevant SEBI circulars. Amber Enterprises had previously intimated the exchanges about this acquisition on 14th February 2026.
