Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. recently announced its new signing Aurika, Surat in Gujarat under its upscale brand, Aurika Hotels & Resorts. Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., will manage the hotel, which is set to open in FY 2030.
In the recent exchange filing, the company shared, “Aurika, Surat will feature 175 aesthetically designed rooms and suites, along with Mirasa, the all-day dining restaurant, banquet facilities including Ekaara, the ballroom and Aurum, the boardroom, a stunning swimming pool and a rejuvenating spa.”

Yesterday on August 22, Lemon Tree Hotels announced its signing, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. The property will be franchised by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited and is expected to open in FY 2026.
