Acme Solar Holdings has successfully commissioned the first phase of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Rajasthan. The project, located in Jaimalsar, Bikaner, marks the completion of a 60 MW / 269.606 MWh segment out of a total planned capacity of 250 MW / 1103.392 MWh.
The company announced that the commercial operation date for this initial phase is set for March 25, 2026. This development is part of Acme Solar’s ongoing efforts to enhance energy storage capabilities, supporting the integration of renewable energy sources into the grid.
The BESS project is being executed by Acme Surya Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Acme Solar Holdings. This strategic initiative underscores Acme Solar’s commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions in India.
