11 microdistricts in Penza will experience a cold water outage, as announced by the press service of the local resource supplying organization. The interruption, set to commence at 8:00 a.m., is attributed to essential technical repairs and the replacement of shut-off valves on the Kollektivnaya water supply pumping station’s distribution network.
The shutdown will impact several key areas within Penza. Affected streets include Pushkin Street (126-186), Stavskogo Street (10), and Suvorova Street (117-196), among others in the central districts. In Rayki, streets such as Bekeshskaya and Prolomnaya will be out of service, while Bugrovka will see interruptions across streets like Srednyaya and Koltsova Avenue. Zavodsky district, including Lenina and Shmidta Streets, will also be impacted. The Victory Monument area will experience a water cut on streets including 8 March and Ostrovsky. Tsygansky Settlement will see outages on Ofitserskaya and Pridorozhnaya Streets.
The resource supplying organization has organized technical water deliveries to mitigate the inconvenience. Residents of specific addresses, including house No. 24 on Gagarin Street and house No. 23 on 8 Marta Street, will receive technical water at scheduled times throughout the day.
The press service emphasized that these measures are necessary to ensure the long-term reliability and efficiency of the city’s water supply infrastructure. The organization urges residents to prepare for the outage and make alternative arrangements as needed. The repair work is expected to significantly improve the overall quality of water services in Penza.
