Renowned Russian singer Oleg Gazmanov, who is currently on tour, praised Novosibirsk’s rapid development before his performance on Mikhailovskaya Embankment. Speaking to local journalists ahead of the concert, Gazmanov highlighted the increasing number of restaurants, hotels, and ongoing construction in the Siberian city, noting its significant progress in recent years.
Addressing the press, Gazmanov, who travels extensively across Russia, remarked that Novosibirsk and other Siberian cities are seeing substantial advancements, with new establishments appearing regularly. He pointed out that the city’s infrastructure is thriving, a sentiment he has observed during his frequent visits as part of his tour schedule.
The singer’s concert, currently underway on Mikhailovskaya Embankment, has drawn a crowd of several thousand people, eager to see the popular performer known for his songs. The event, marked by high energy, featured Gazmanov, who, despite recently turning 73, engaged in dynamic performances. During his rendition of “Yasnye Dni,” he was seen dancing energetically with his guitarists, showcasing a lively stage presence that belied his age.

His positive remarks about the city echo similar sentiments expressed by famous blogger Artemy Lebedev, who recently lauded Novosibirsk’s Tolmachevo Airport, contrasting it favorably against foreign airports.
