Amol Palekar is all set to make his comeback on the big screen after 25 years. The film is been made for one of the leading OTT platform, details of which have yet not been disclosed. The film is produced by a very young company in the film feternity- Film Jungle Entertainment(FJE) in collaboration with SA RE GA MA Yoodle films.
The film is about the alleged rapist, murderer, Indian gangster, home invader, kidnapper, and a serial killer ‘Akku Yadav,’ who was also known as Bharat Kalicharan of Kasturba Nagar slum, which is outside the Indian central city of Nagpur, Maharashtra. Akku Yadav, a alleged rapist who was lynched by 200 women in an open court room in the Nagpur District in 2004.
On this film, the role of a Veteran actor Amol Palekar will be act as a retired judge of mumbai, High court, who will find the actual case behind the murder of Akku Yadav.
The details of the movie are yet to be unveiled.
