Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan will read an extract from the winning essay from India for Royal Commonwealth Society 2020. She will be joining David Williams, Alexandra Burke, and Stephen Fry. The competition was called The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2020. The theme of this competition was Climate Action and the Commonwealth.
 
The actor recently took her Instagram account and announced that she is honored and nervous to be part of the reading session. She shared a collage of all the readers. With the caption, ”Honoured and nervous to be reading out extracts from the winning essay from India… new experiences.”

 
The Royal Commonwealth Society shared the news on their Instagram account and wrote, ”This Friday at 12 pm GMT we will be joined by Stephen Fry, Kareena Kapoor, David Walliams and Alexandra Burke who will read extracts from the winning essays. Kareena is currently in Dharamsala with hubby Saif Ali Khan, and son Taimur Ali Khan on an extended Diwali vacation. Saif Ali Khan is shooting for his movie, Bhoot Police with Arjun Kapoor at the hill station.
