Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL), a subsidiary of , has announced the declaration of its first interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. The dividend is set at ₹11 per equity share, translating to a 550% payout on the face value of ₹2 per share. This amounts to a total dividend distribution of ₹4648 crores.

The announcement was made following the company’s board meeting held on April 24, 2026. Alongside the dividend declaration, HZL also disclosed its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and the year ending March 31, 2026. These results were accompanied by an audit report from the statutory auditors, M/s S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants.

In addition to financial disclosures, the board approved the appointment of M/s as the new statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years. This appointment will commence from the conclusion of the 60th Annual General Meeting and is subject to shareholder approval.

The board meeting, which began at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 02:00 p.m. IST, also included discussions on various other corporate matters.
