Seven of the eight listed Adani Group stocks were trading with gains (as of 10:20 AM). Adani Power posted the sharpest rise among the group, up 2.74% on BSE and 2.06% on NSE, trading at Rs 206.30 and Rs 204.96 respectively. Adani Green Energy followed with gains of 1.84% (BSE) and 1.64% (NSE), at Rs 1,175.80 and Rs 1,171.60.
Adani Ports & SEZ rose 1.36% on BSE to Rs 1,599.00, and 1.18% on NSE to Rs 1,597.10. Adani Total Gas added around 1% on both exchanges, trading near Rs 628.55 (BSE) and Rs 626.85 (NSE).
ACC, the cement company in the Adani portfolio, gained 1.08% on BSE to Rs 1,445.00 and 0.90% on NSE to Rs 1,441.60. Ambuja Cement was up 0.88% on BSE and 0.80% on NSE, at Rs 458.50 and Rs 458.55. Adani Enterprises rose 0.77% on BSE to Rs 2,245.25.
One stock in the red
Adani Energy Solutions was the only decliner in the group, slipping 0.14% on BSE to Rs 1,259.60 and 0.29% on NSE to Rs 1,255.80.
Broader market context
Gains in Adani stocks came alongside a positive session for the broader market. The Nifty 50 was up 0.58% at 24,506.80, while the S&P BSE Sensex rose 0.69% to 79,063.49 at the time of data capture.
