Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has reported a significant increase in its financial performance for the fiscal year 2026, with revenue from operations reaching ₹3,331.42 crore. This marks a substantial growth of 108.51% compared to the previous fiscal year.
The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY26 stood at ₹478.65 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 109.09%. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) was reported at ₹641.10 crore, showing a growth of 106.21% compared to FY25.
For the fourth quarter of FY26, Waaree Renewable Technologies reported revenue from operations of ₹1,102.40 crore, a 131.31% increase from ₹476.58 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. The EBITDA for Q4 FY26 was ₹206.82 crore, while the PAT was ₹155.72 crore, representing year-on-year growths of 63.71% and 66.08%, respectively.
The company has a strong unexecuted order book of 2.83 GWp, which is expected to be executed over the next 12 to 15 months. Additionally, Waaree Renewable Technologies has a robust bidding pipeline exceeding 36 GWp.
Recent order wins for the company include a 420 MWp ground-mounted solar power project, a 35 MWp project, and a 14 MWp project.
