HDFC Asset Management Company reported a mixed performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with revenue growth but a marginal decline in profitability on a year-on-year basis.

The company posted a net profit of ₹622.7 crore in Q4FY26, down 2.5% compared to ₹638.5 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Revenue from operations increased 16.6% year-on-year to ₹1,051.5 crore, as against ₹901.4 crore in Q4FY25, indicating steady growth in topline performance.

At the operating level, EBITDA stood at ₹845.2 crore in Q4FY26, rising 15.7% from ₹730.2 crore in the year-ago period (calculated as per adjusted methodology). EBITDA margin stood at 80.4%, slightly lower than 81.0% in Q4FY25, indicating mild margin compression.

Total expenses increased to ₹229.5 crore during the quarter from ₹190.4 crore in the same period last year, weighing slightly on profitability.

Overall, the quarter reflects strong operating performance with healthy EBITDA growth and revenue expansion, while net profit remained marginally lower on a year-on-year basis.
