WeWork India Management Limited has announced a significant expansion in its operational capacity with a new facility in Pune. The company has entered into a Leave & License Agreement for a space measuring 61,998 square feet, which will enhance its capacity by approximately 864 desks.
Currently, WeWork India operates with a capacity of 1,21,638 desks, with a utilisation rate of 83.90% as of December 31, 2025. The proposed expansion is expected to be completed tentatively by August 2026. This development is part of the company’s strategy to meet the growing demand and support its business growth.
The investment required for this capacity addition is estimated at ₹36 crore, which will be financed through internal accruals and debt. This strategic move aims to bolster WeWork India’s operational capabilities and accommodate incremental demand in the region.
