Prestige Group, a prominent Indian real estate developer, has announced a strategic three-year partnership with Autodesk to enhance digital transformation across its projects. This collaboration aims to deploy Autodesk Forma and the Autodesk AEC Collection throughout Prestige’s operations, marking a significant step in the company’s digital evolution.
The partnership will see Prestige Group standardising on Autodesk’s Design and Make platform, which includes industry-leading design tools and the Autodesk Construction Cloud. This initiative is set to create a unified digital ecosystem across Prestige’s diverse portfolio, which includes residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The integration will introduce process standardisation, digital alignment, and capability-building initiatives, fundamentally transforming project design, management, and delivery.
Furthermore, Prestige Group plans to implement advanced 4D and 5D capabilities, integrating design, scheduling, cost, and execution workflows within a single digital environment. This approach positions Prestige as one of the first real estate developers globally to adopt such extensive 4D/5D implementation using Autodesk technologies.
Vishesh Kaul, Chief Information & Digital Officer of Prestige Group, emphasised the importance of digital transformation in the company’s operations. “By partnering with Autodesk, we are building a connected digital backbone that unifies design and execution across our enterprise,” Kaul stated. “This move enables greater collaboration, improved efficiency, and stronger control across our projects while positioning us for a more sustainable and future-ready growth journey.”
Ms. Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President of Autodesk India & SAARC, highlighted the growing demand for Autodesk Forma as developers seek connected workflows and data-driven decision-making. “Partnerships of this scale are a testament to the strength of our solutions and reinforce Autodesk’s position as a trusted and preferred Design and Make partner for the real estate sector,” she said.
Prestige Group, with nearly four decades of experience, boasts a portfolio that includes 313 completed projects covering 206 million square feet and a pipeline of 128 projects across 195 million square feet. Autodesk, known for empowering designers, engineers, and builders globally, aims to revolutionise project delivery through integrated, cloud-based platforms.
