Arisinfra Solutions Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited for the supply of construction and building materials worth a minimum aggregate value of Rs 800 crore over a five-year period, the Mumbai-based construction technology company disclosed to BSE and NSE on April 13, 2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
Under the terms of the MoU, Capacit’e Infraprojects will procure construction and building materials from Arisinfra for its various infrastructure, commercial, and real estate projects currently underway or to be undertaken by Capacit’e and its subsidiaries and associates. The agreement has a tenure of five years — equivalent to sixty months — commencing from the effective date of the memorandum. The minimum aggregate procurement commitment of Rs 800 crore over the five-year term translates to an average annual offtake of Rs 160 crore, providing Arisinfra with a significant baseline of recurring revenue from a single counterparty relationship.
The transaction is domestic in nature, involves no related party dimensions, and carries no promoter or promoter group interest on either side. The nature of the contract is a purchase order framework, meaning individual purchase orders will be raised by Capacit’e against the MoU terms as project requirements materialise across its construction pipeline.
For Arisinfra Solutions, formerly known as Arisinfra Solutions Private Limited, the Capacit’e MoU represents a meaningful institutional client acquisition that validates its construction material supply and procurement platform at scale. Arisinfra operates as a construction technology company focused on simplifying the procurement and supply chain management of building materials for large-scale construction projects — positioning itself as a digital intermediary that connects material suppliers with construction companies and helps the latter optimise procurement costs, delivery timelines, and material quality management across complex multi-project portfolios.
Capacit’e Infraprojects is a Mumbai-based construction company specialising in residential, commercial, and institutional building projects with a significant presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and other major urban centres. Its project portfolio spans high-rise residential towers, commercial complexes, and institutional facilities, creating sustained demand for large volumes of construction materials across categories including steel, cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, and finishing materials. A five-year strategic material supply arrangement with a platform like Arisinfra gives Capacit’e the procurement consistency and potential cost efficiencies of a long-term supply relationship while retaining the flexibility of purchase order-based sourcing rather than fixed forward contracts.
The Rs 800 crore minimum commitment over five years also provides context for the scale of Capacit’e’s construction pipeline — a company committing to that volume of material procurement has a substantial active and pipeline project book to support it, reflecting ongoing construction activity even in an environment where global economic uncertainty from the Iran war and energy price shocks has created headwinds for some real estate market segments.
Arisinfra Solutions is listed on BSE under scrip code 544419 and on NSE under the symbol ARIS.
