CSB Bank has announced a significant increase in its total deposits for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The bank’s total deposits reached ₹44,246 crore, marking a 20% year-on-year growth from ₹36,861 crore as of March 31, 2025.
The bank’s term deposits saw a substantial rise, growing by 27% to ₹35,414 crore from ₹27,943 crore in the previous year. However, the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) deposits slightly decreased by 1%, standing at ₹8,832 crore compared to ₹8,918 crore in the prior year.
Advances against gold and gold jewellery, excluding receivables secured against gold, experienced a remarkable 53% growth, amounting to ₹21,567 crore from ₹14,094 crore a year earlier. Additionally, the bank’s gross advances increased by 27% to ₹40,364 crore from ₹31,842 crore as of March 31, 2025.
