Vikram Solar Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Anil Bhadauria, who served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Manufacturing Operations. Mr. Bhadauria’s resignation will be effective from 31st May 2026. The company had earlier received an email from BSE Ltd. on 21st March 2026, requesting additional details regarding his resignation.
In a letter addressed to Mr. Krishna Kumar Maskara, the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Vikram Solar, Mr. Bhadauria expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve the company and requested to be relieved of his duties by the end of May 2026. He also assured his commitment to ensuring a smooth transition by cooperating fully in transferring his responsibilities to the designated personnel.
Mr. Bhadauria’s resignation letter, dated 3rd March 2026, highlighted his appreciation for the guidance and support he received from the Board and management during his tenure at Vikram Solar.
