Transrail Lighting has announced that the Income Tax Department is conducting a search and seizure operation at its offices and factories. The operation commenced on 24th March 2026, as per the company’s disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company has stated that its officers are fully cooperating with the Income Tax Department during the ongoing operation. Transrail Lighting has assured stakeholders that it will provide updates on the impact and any further developments in due course.

The company has requested that the relevant authorities take note of these proceedings.
