ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India has announced the resignation of its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Ms. Muthulakshmi M, effective from the close of business hours on 24th March 2026. This development follows an earlier intimation dated 20th March 2026.
The company disclosed that Ms. Muthulakshmi M has stepped down from her position due to personal reasons. She had been serving as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer since 3rd November 2021. In her resignation letter, Ms. Muthulakshmi expressed gratitude for the support and guidance she received during her tenure and wished the company success in its future endeavours.
The resignation was communicated in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company also confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation.
Ms. Muthulakshmi’s departure marks the end of her four-year tenure with ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India. During her time with the company, she played a crucial role in ensuring compliance and governance standards were upheld.
The company is yet to announce her successor for the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
