Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a License Agreement for a new hotel in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, to be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary.

The property will feature 76 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, spa, swimming pool and a fitness centre. Located approximately 14 kilometres from Gorakhpur Airport and 8.5 kilometres from Gorakhpur Railway Station, the hotel targets both business and leisure travellers. With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels now has 26 properties in Uttar Pradesh, comprising 8 operational hotels and 18 in the pipeline.

Gorakhpur, positioned in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, serves as a key commercial and transit hub with strong connectivity to neighbouring states and the Indo-Nepal border. The city attracts steady demand for quality hospitality infrastructure driven by religious and tourism destinations in the region.
