Netweb Technologies India Ltd shares gained more than 2% in early trade after the company announced a strategic collaboration with NYSE-listed Vertiv (VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure. The partnership aims to jointly engineer and validate advanced GPU-based compute platforms integrated with end-to-end AI data centre solutions.

The collaboration comes at a time when artificial intelligence workloads are rapidly increasing power consumption and creating extreme thermal density challenges across global data centres. By combining Netweb’s in-house designed rack-scale GPU computing systems with Vertiv’s liquid cooling and advanced power infrastructure technologies, the companies seek to build high-density, energy-efficient AI infrastructure tailored for next-generation workloads.

Under the agreement, Netweb’s high-performance computing platforms will leverage Vertiv’s liquid cooling technologies, including coolant distribution units and free cooling chillers. The integrated solutions will also incorporate advanced power infrastructure such as busways and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems featuring intelligent power conversion and dynamic load management capabilities.

The validated rack-scale AI solutions are expected to deliver higher rack densities, faster deployment timelines, and improved operational reliability. With AI training and inference models demanding significantly greater energy efficiency, the integrated systems are designed to optimise thermal performance while ensuring stable and scalable operations across large-scale deployments.

Both companies operate design, engineering, and manufacturing facilities in India, reinforcing the government’s Make in India initiative. The partnership reflects an “India for India, India for the world” strategy, strengthening India’s position as a rising global hub for AI infrastructure innovation and exports.
