Adani Power reported its consolidated unaudited financial results for the third quarter of FY26, ended December 31, 2025, showing a decline in revenue and profitability on both a year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter basis, based strictly on the figures disclosed.
Revenue performance
Revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 12,451.44 crore, compared with Rs 13,671.18 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting an 8.9% year-on-year decline. Sequentially, revenue fell from Rs 13,456.84 crore reported in Q2 FY26, marking a 7.5% quarter-on-quarter decline.
Total income for the quarter was reported at Rs 12,994.70 crore, compared with Rs 14,833.44 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 14,307.79 crore in the previous quarter.
Profit performance
Profit before tax (PBT) for Q3 FY26 came in at Rs 2,945.02 crore, compared with Rs 4,058.64 crore in Q3 FY25 and Rs 3,966.20 crore in Q2 FY26.
Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 2,488.09 crore, lower than Rs 2,940.07 crore in the year-ago period, translating into a 15.4% YoY decline. On a sequential basis, net profit declined 14.4% QoQ from Rs 2,906.46 crore.
