During the initial response on Tuesday night, police observed a vehicle fleeing the area and stopped it, leading to the arrest of 27-year-old Jamaal Jones, who was found armed. Prosecutors have since charged Jones with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and tampering with evidence in connection with Pee Wee’s death.
