ITC Hotels reported a strong set of consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, driven by robust growth in revenues and a sharp improvement in operating profitability.

The company’s net profit rose 77% year-on-year to Rs 236.8 crore in Q3, compared with Rs 133.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The improvement in profitability came on the back of higher revenues and better operating leverage.

Revenue from operations increased 46.6% YoY to Rs 1,230.7 crore, up from Rs 839.5 crore in Q3 of the previous financial year, reflecting continued recovery in demand across key hospitality segments.

On the operating front, EBITDA surged 90.2% YoY to Rs 467 crore, compared with Rs 245.5 crore a year ago. As a result, EBITDA margin expanded sharply to 38.0%, from 29.2% in the same quarter last year, highlighting improved cost efficiencies and stronger pricing power.

The company’s performance during the quarter underscores sustained momentum in the hospitality business, supported by higher occupancies, better average room rates, and operating efficiencies across properties.
