Zodiac Energy has signed an agreement with Amanta Healthcare Limited for the installation of a 10.8 MWp solar power plant in Gujarat, as disclosed in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The agreement, dated January 02, 2026, involves the installation of the solar power plant at Village Baroda, Taluka Matar, District Kheda, Gujarat. The electricity generated from the project will be used for captive consumption by Amanta Healthcare.

As per the disclosure, Zodiac Energy does not hold any shareholding in Amanta Healthcare. The company has also clarified that neither party is related to the promoter or promoter group of the other, and the agreement does not fall under related-party transactions. No shares are being issued as part of this arrangement.

The installation of the solar power plant will be carried out based on mutually agreed terms and conditions between the two companies. There are no provisions related to board representation, nominee directors, or potential conflicts of interest arising from the agreement.

Zodiac Energy further stated that details related to termination or amendment of the agreement are not applicable at this stage.
