RailTel Corporation of India has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) for the procurement, implementation and maintenance of a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), according to a regulatory filing made on January 1, 2026.

As per details disclosed under SEBI’s Regulation 30 requirements, the estimated size of the order stands at Rs 56.71 crore. The contract involves end-to-end execution of HMIS, including implementation and long-term maintenance, and is scheduled to be executed up to January 31, 2032.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. RailTel confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the awarding authority.

The work order was received on January 1, 2026, at 12:50 PM, and the disclosure was made in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
