Adani Green Energy has operationalised renewable energy projects with a combined capacity of 307.4 MW at Khavda, Gujarat, according to a regulatory filing made on December 31, 2025.

The projects have been commissioned through various step-down subsidiaries of the company, taking Adani Green Energy’s total operational renewable generation capacity to 17,237.2 MW, the company informed exchanges in an intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.

As per the filing, the decision to operationalise these projects was taken at 7:47 am on December 31, 2025, with power generation scheduled to commence from January 1, 2026 .

Details of commissioned capacity

The newly operationalised capacity includes a mix of solar, wind and hybrid projects. The largest contribution comes from hybrid projects, followed by solar installations. The projects are located within the Khavda renewable energy zone in Gujarat, which is one of India’s key clean-energy hubs.

According to the annexure provided in the filing, the operationalised capacity includes:

  • Solar projects totalling 75 MW
  • Wind projects totalling 56.4 MW
  • Hybrid projects totalling 176 MW

With this commissioning, Adani Green Energy continues to scale up its renewable energy footprint, strengthening its operational base ahead of calendar year 2026. The increase in operational capacity also reflects the company’s ongoing execution across large-scale renewable projects in western India.
