State-owned NBCC (India) has successfully concluded an e-auction of residential units across projects in Noida and Greater Noida, generating a total sale value of approximately Rs 1,045.40 crore, according to a regulatory filing dated December 30, 2025 .

As per the disclosure, NBCC sold 417 residential units through an e-auction process. The sale included units at Aspire Leisure Valley (Tower No. 7 and 8) located in Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh, and Aspire Silicon City, Phase IV (Tower No. 05) situated at Sector 76, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, under Sub-Package-4.

The company stated that the e-auction was conducted in the normal course of business. NBCC will receive a marketing fee of 1% of the total sale value, translating to a fee income linked to the transaction size.

NBCC (India) is a central public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and is primarily engaged in project management consultancy, real estate development, and redevelopment of government properties. Over the past few years, the company has been actively monetising residential and commercial inventories through structured e-auctions across key urban centres.

The Aspire projects are part of NBCC’s residential portfolio in the National Capital Region, developed to cater to end-user housing demand. The e-auction route has been used by the company to ensure transparent price discovery and faster inventory liquidation.

The company also confirmed that details of the transaction have been made available on its official website. The disclosure was submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The latest transaction adds to NBCC’s ongoing efforts to monetise real estate assets and generate fee-based income from marketing and project execution activities.
