Manchester United head coach Rúben Amorim has refused to offer any guarantees over the futures of Harry Maguire and Casemiro, with both players approaching crucial moments in their contracts at Old Trafford.

Speaking about the situation, Amorim admitted that while he is currently satisfied with the duo, no final decision has been made regarding their long-term future at the club. “Do I want to keep Maguire and Casemiro? I’m very happy with them, but I don’t know what’s going to happen,” Amorim said, highlighting the uncertainty surrounding the pair.

Both Maguire and Casemiro are among the most experienced players in the Manchester United squad, but their contracts are set to expire in June, putting pressure on the club to clarify their plans ahead of the summer transfer window. Amorim emphasized that several factors will influence the final call, including United’s league position and how the season concludes.

“We will see how the season ends, what our position in the standings will be, and then we’ll see,” the Portuguese coach added.

In a further update on the contractual situation, Amorim confirmed that no formal decision has been taken yet. “No decision has been made. We have a lot to do,” he said, underlining that the club’s immediate focus remains on on-field performances rather than off-field negotiations.
