The project, branded as Omaxe Eternity-2 Phase 1, is located at Omaxe Eternity-2 in Village Maghera and Village Ral, Tehsil Mathura, District Mathura. According to the disclosure, the project is scheduled to be launched on 26 December 2025 (IST) and falls under the Residential Plotted and Built-up category. The development is aimed at both domestic and international buyers, although no specific overseas country launch has been indicated.

RERA registration allows Omaxe Limited to legally market, advertise, sell, and transfer units in the project. The approval confirms that the project complies with the regulatory framework laid down under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, which focuses on transparency, accountability, and buyer protection.
