G R Infraprojects Limited informed exchanges on Tuesday, December 24, that its wholly owned subsidiary, GR Bhimasar Bhuj Highway Private Limited, has received the Provisional Completion Certificate for its NH-341 highway project in Gujarat .

The project involves the upgradation to four lanes with paved shoulders of NH-341, stretching from Bhimasar (junction of NH-41) to Anjar–Bhuj up to Airport Junction, covering a length of 65.478 km in the state of Gujarat. The project has been executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) with a bid project cost of Rs 1,085 crore.

According to the regulatory filing, the Independent Engineer issued the provisional completion certificate on December 24, 2025, declaring the project fit for commercial operations with effect from September 24, 2025 .

The milestone marks an important operational development for GR Infraprojects, as provisional completion typically enables the commencement of annuity payments under HAM projects, subject to contractual terms. The NH-341 corridor is a key connectivity route in Gujarat, linking industrial and logistics hubs in the Kutch region.

GR Infraprojects stated that the disclosure has been made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and requested stock exchanges to take the information on record .
