Sunita Tools Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a friendly Middle East–based company to support the execution of formalities related to an upcoming defence order for M107 from a Middle Eastern customer, according to a regulatory disclosure.

Under the terms of the MoU, the Middle East–based partner will assist Sunita Tools with government liaison, documentation, regulatory approvals, coordination with local authorities, payment-related procedures, follow-ups, and other execution-linked formalities in the concerned country. In consideration for these services, the partner will receive a mutually agreed, percentage-based commercial share from the finalised order value.

The company said the strategic cooperation is aimed at ensuring smooth execution of the proposed defence order while maintaining compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements. The arrangement is also expected to improve operational efficiency and support timely completion of the project in the Middle East.

Sunita Tools noted that the partnership will help strengthen its presence across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, a key market for defence and aerospace components. By leveraging local expertise and on-ground support, the company aims to reduce execution risks typically associated with cross-border defence contracts.
