Ceigall India has informed stock exchanges that it has emerged as the L1 bidder in the financial bid conducted by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for setting up Solar PV based power plants with an aggregate capacity of 130 MW (AC) in Madhya Pradesh.

The project is part of the PM KUSUM-C (Surya Mitra Krishi Feeders Scheme) and involves the development of grid-connected solar photovoltaic power generating stations across two districts in the state. The scheme aims to promote renewable energy adoption while supporting reliable power supply for agricultural feeders.

According to the disclosure, Ceigall India has been declared the lowest bidder for the project. The total EPC cost is estimated at approximately ₹550 crore, inclusive of GST. The scope of work includes execution of the project within a period of 18 months, followed by a 25-year operational phase supported by a long-term Power Purchase Agreement from the scheduled commercial operation date.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company has confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in MPUVNL, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.

Ceigall India clarified that the information is based on results declared on the e-procurement portal and that the formal Letter of Award is yet to be issued by the employer. A separate disclosure will be made once the Letter of Award is received.
