Dev Information Technology has informed stock exchanges that it has secured a new government-linked order worth approximately Rs 93 lakh from National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI), as per a regulatory filing dated December 22, 2025 .
According to the disclosure, the order relates to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application software and a website for the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), New Delhi. The work will be carried out under NICSI’s empanelment framework, with Dev Information Technology deploying IT professionals on a time-and-material basis at the BIS office located at Manak Bhawan, New Delhi .
The company stated that the deployment of resources will begin in line with timelines mentioned in the work order. The contract is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed over a period of around six months. The total consideration for the project has been estimated at approximately Rs 93.00 lakh .
In its filing, Dev Information Technology clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in NICSI. The company also confirmed that the order does not fall under related-party transactions and has been awarded on an arm’s length basis .
Dev Information Technology operates across cloud services, managed IT services, digital transformation, and enterprise and business applications, with offices in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Canada. The company said the details of the order have been shared in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 .
