DMR Engineering on Friday informed the BSE SME platform that it has received a work order for providing engineering consultancy services related to a hydro power project in Sikkim.
In a regulatory filing dated December 19, 2025, the company said the contract involves the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the 99 MW Ting Ting Hydro Project in the state. The work order has been awarded by Sangamam Power Projects Private Limited, a domestic entity.
According to the disclosure, the contract is valued at Rs 74.5 lakh, excluding GST, and is to be executed over a period of 10 months. The nature of the assignment falls under engineering consultancy services.
DMR Engineering clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic client and does not fall under related-party transactions. The company also stated that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract.
The company made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations and relevant SEBI circulars applicable to SME-listed entities.
