It has been 26 days since Bigg Boss 14 was first premiered and two contestants have already been eliminated from the show. The controversy and drama quotient of this season is raising its bar every week, with a new controversy added to its wings.

It so happened that Nikki Tamboli, who is a Marathi girl was found speaking in Marathi, inside the BB house but Jaan advised her to not use that language inside the BB house as it irritates him. He said, “Marathi mei mat baat kar, mere saamne mat baat kar, meko chid hoti hai. Sunaauga teko, mere saamne Marathi mei mat baat kar. Dum hai toh Hindi mei bol warna mat baat kar, chid machti hai meko.”
However, Jaan did not realise what he said on national television but it definitely hurt the viewers sentiments and hence the show had to issue an apology to its viewers . Jaan was asked to apologise too through a special video. Later, Kumar Sanu too posted a video of him apologising to the Marathi society.
The controversial show, in their attempt to safeguard their viewership, played the Marathi version of ‘Zingaat’ in the morning. This action was taken in order to impress the Marathi society of India and so that the Marathi viewership of Bigg Boss is not lost.
Now after the incident took place, the makers have added a disclaimer on the bottom the live telecast of Bigg Boss, which claims that whatever the participants say is solely their perspective and not the responsibility of the show.
